Repair Hob FRATELLI BERTAZZONI – Schaffhausen

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives fully equipped and conducts a thorough on-site assessment. For induction models, we test the induction coils, inspect the temperature sensors, and check the control board for faults. On gas hobs, we examine the thermocouple, the solenoid valve, and whether a blocked nozzle is restricting gas flow. For ceramic models, we assess the serpentine heating elements for continuity. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately where parts are available, or returns promptly once components are sourced. We use original or certified-compatible parts specifically suited to Fratelli Bertazzoni's engineering standards, preserving the performance and safety characteristics that define the brand. Touch controls that have become unresponsive, noisy cooling fans on induction units, and gas burners failing to light are among the most common issues we resolve efficiently.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This gives you the confidence that the fix is lasting, not temporary — and that Swiss Pro Service stands behind its work with full accountability.

Speed and reliability are not optional extras at Swiss Pro Service — they are the foundation of everything we do. We know that a premium appliance like a Fratelli Bertazzoni hob deserves expert attention, not guesswork. Our commitment is simple: to return your hob to the exceptional standard its Italian craftsmanship was built to deliver, every single time.
