Repair Freezer SUBZERO – Basel-City

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives fully equipped to conduct a thorough assessment. We check critical components including the compressor and its start relay (a frequent culprit when the unit refuses to restart), the defrost heating element and defrost timer (common causes of excessive ice accumulation on the evaporator), and the temperature sensor, which can cause the unit to maintain an incorrect cabinet temperature when faulty. We also test system pressure to identify any refrigerant leak — Sub-Zero units typically operate with R600a or R290 (propane) refrigerant — and inspect the evaporator fan for ice blockage. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. No surprises.

3. Repair – Once approved, our technician carries out the repair using original or certified-compatible components sourced specifically for Sub-Zero appliances. We work efficiently to restore your freezer to factory-specification performance, respecting Sub-Zero's renowned dual compressor architecture and the precision it demands.

4. Guarantee – Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to daily life with complete confidence that your investment is protected.
