Repair Dishwasher V-ZUG – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives with the tools and knowledge specific to V-Zug dishwashers. A thorough on-site diagnosis covers all primary components: the circulation pump, the heating element (resistenza calorifera), the spray arms — which in hard-water areas are a frequent victim of limescale build-up — and the turbidity sensor (NTC), whose contamination is often an overlooked cause of poor wash results. The diagnosis is transparent, and you will receive a clear quote before any work begins.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds with the repair using original or certified-compatible V-Zug spare parts. Whether the issue is a burnt-out circulation pump, a triac fault on the heating element (error code E9/F9), or a drainage failure flagged as F6, our specialists address the root cause — not just the symptom. V-Zug's appliances are engineered to exacting Swiss standards, and we respect that precision in every repair we carry out.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily routine with full confidence that the work has been done properly and durably.

Speed and reliability are not just promises at Swiss Pro Service — they are the pillars of our reputation. We know that V-Zug owners expect the same level of excellence from their repair service as they do from their appliances. Our commitment is to deliver exactly that: expert care for a genuinely exceptional brand, every single time.
