Repair Dishwasher HAIER – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis Our technician carries out a thorough on-site inspection. Haier dishwashers are sophisticated machines — founded in 1984 in China, Haier has grown to lead the global market precisely because of its engineering depth. That means the root cause of a fault isn't always obvious. We check the circulation pump for noise or burnout, inspect the heating element (resistenza calorifera) for failure, examine the spray arms for limescale blockages, and test the turbidity sensor (NTC) for contamination. We then provide you with a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins — no hidden costs, no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately using original or certified-compatible Haier spare parts held in stock. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out circulation pump, clearing obstructed spray arms, resolving error code E9/F9 linked to the heating element triac, or repairing a door that no longer latches correctly. Every component is fitted to manufacturer specification, respecting Swiss safety standards throughout.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You'll receive full documentation so you have complete peace of mind — a standard of accountability that reflects both Swiss quality norms and our own professional commitment.
