Repair Dishwasher SIEMENS – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis — A certified technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic tools, they inspect the key components most commonly at fault in Siemens appliances: the circulation pump (which can become noisy or burn out entirely), the turbidity sensor (NTC), the heating element, and the spray arms that frequently become blocked by limescale — a particularly relevant concern given Switzerland's naturally hard water in many regions.

3. Repair — Once the fault is identified, we present a transparent, itemised quote before any work begins. With your approval, the technician carries out the repair on the spot using original or certified-compatible Siemens parts. Whether the issue is a faulty triac triggering an E9/F9 heating error, a blocked drain causing an F6 fault, or spray arms that need thorough descaling and replacement, we have the parts and the know-how to resolve it efficiently.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You sign off only when you are fully satisfied, and our after-service support remains available should any question arise.

Speed matters. In most Swiss cantons, we can schedule an intervention within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, minimising the disruption to your household. Siemens dishwashers — particularly the iQ700 series with its advanced automatic sensors — deserve repair by technicians who understand their sophisticated electronics and mechanical architecture. At Swiss Pro Service, that expertise is our standard, not an exception. Restoring your appliance quickly, correctly, and with complete transparency is the commitment we make to every customer, every single time.
