Repair Dishwasher CANDY – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis – Our certified technician visits your home at a time that suits you, equipped with professional diagnostic tools. They will inspect critical components such as the circulation pump, the NTC turbidity sensor, and the heating element (resistenza calorifera) to pinpoint the root cause accurately. A transparent, itemised quote is provided before any repair work begins — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Repair – Using original or certified-compatible Candy spare parts, our technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible. Common faults we resolve include a burnt-out or excessively noisy circulation pump, limescale-blocked spray arms (braccetti spruzzatori), a faulty heating element that leaves water cold, and door-latch failures. We are equally at home handling electronic faults flagged by codes such as E9/F9 (triac resistance error) or F6 (drainage error), reflecting our thorough knowledge of Candy's control board architecture — an expertise sharpened further since Candy became part of the Haier group in 2018.

4. Guarantee – Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation, so you have complete peace of mind going forward.

Speed matters. In most Swiss cantons we can schedule a technician within one to two business days, ensuring your kitchen routine is restored as quickly as possible. Candy's product range is broad and competitively priced, which means their dishwashers are found in a huge number of Swiss homes — and our technicians are stocked with the most frequently needed Candy components to avoid unnecessary delays.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment goes beyond fixing a fault: we treat your appliance — and your time — with the respect they deserve. Trust the specialists who understand Candy inside and out.
