Repair Wine Cooler WINE EMOTION – Neuchâtel

2. Diagnosis One of our trained technicians will attend your home or business and carry out a thorough inspection. We check every critical component: the NTC temperature sensor (responsible for maintaining the precise setpoints Wine Emotion is renowned for), the internal air-circulation fan, the door gasket for any deterioration causing cold-air loss, and — on Peltier thermoelectric models — the thermoelectric module itself, which is particularly sensitive to high ambient temperatures. On compressor-based models, we pay close attention to compressor noise and vibrations, as even minor mechanical irregularities can disturb wine sediment and compromise ageing. No repair work begins until we have provided you with a fully transparent, written quotation.

3. Repair With your approval, we proceed using original or certified-compatible spare parts sourced specifically for Wine Emotion appliances. Common interventions include replacing a faulty NTC sensor that prevents the thermostat from holding the set temperature, renewing a degraded door gasket to eliminate cold-air leakage and excessive internal humidity, and restoring failed internal LED lighting — all carried out with the care that a design appliance displayed in a prestigious environment deserves.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written documentation of all work performed, giving you complete peace of mind and full traceability.

Speed and reliability are not optional extras at Swiss Pro Service — they are our baseline commitment. We cover all 26 Swiss cantons and aim to offer rapid appointment slots so your Wine Emotion wine cooler spends as little time out of service as possible. Your collection deserves nothing less.
