Repair Wine Cooler MIELE – Lucerne

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist carries professional diagnostic tools to assess the NTC temperature sensor, test the internal air-circulation fan, verify the integrity of the door gasket, and — for Peltier-module models — evaluate whether the thermoelectric unit is underperforming due to elevated ambient temperatures in your installation space. We identify the root cause, not just the symptom, and provide a transparent, written quote before any work begins.

3. Repair — Using only original Miele-certified components, our technician performs the repair on-site wherever possible. Common interventions include replacing a deteriorated door gasket causing cold-air loss, recalibrating or substituting the NTC temperature sensor when the thermostat fails to hold the set temperature, or addressing a noisy compressor whose vibrations are damaging your wine. Every replacement part meets Miele's exacting German engineering standards — the same standard that has made the brand the undisputed leader in the European luxury appliance segment.

4. Guarantee — All repairs carried out by Swiss Pro Service come with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. No small print, no surprises — just the Swiss-standard reliability you expect.

Speed matters when your collection is at stake. That is why Swiss Pro Service maintains a network of trained technicians across all 26 Swiss cantons, enabling rapid response times regardless of your location. Our commitment to Miele appliances goes beyond the repair itself: we advise you on optimal placement, ideal ambient conditions, and how to keep your wine cooler performing at its best for the full 20-year lifespan Miele designs into every product.
