Repair Washing Machine V-ZUG – Appenzell Inner Rhodes

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic equipment, we carry out a thorough assessment of all key components: the brushless inverter motor, drum bearings, drain pump, door seal, main electronic control board, and water inlet valve. If you have been hearing a metallic rumbling during the spin cycle, that typically points to worn drum bearings — one of the most common faults we see on V-Zug machines. Equally, a blocked drain pump (often caused by accumulated lint or a stray coin) frequently triggers error code F11. We identify the root cause, not just the symptom.

3. Repair — Once the diagnosis is complete, we provide a clear, transparent quote before any work begins. No surprises. Our technicians work with original V-Zug spare parts or certified-compatible equivalents that meet the manufacturer's specifications, ensuring the integrity of your appliance is fully preserved. Whether we are replacing a damaged door seal that has been causing water leaks around the porthole, resolving an E40 door-latch fault, or addressing control board damage caused by voltage fluctuations, every repair is carried out with the precision V-Zug engineering demands.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your routine with complete confidence, knowing that your V-Zug washing machine has been restored to its original operating standard.
