Repair Washing Machine SAMSUNG – Valais

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at your home equipped with Samsung-specific diagnostic tools. They will carry out a thorough assessment of the key components: the brushless inverter motor, drum bearings, drain pump, door seal, main control board, and water inlet solenoid valve. A common culprit behind that unsettling metallic noise during the spin cycle is worn drum bearings — a fault our engineers identify within minutes. You will receive a clear, transparent quotation before any work begins. No surprises.

3. Repair Once approved, the repair is carried out on-site wherever possible, minimising disruption to your household. We use original or certified-compatible Samsung spare parts, ensuring that the EcoBubble system and AI Energy Mode continue to operate exactly as Samsung intended. Blocked drain pumps clogged with fluff or coins, damaged door gaskets, and control boards compromised by voltage spikes are all repairs our team handles routinely and with precision.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This isn't a token gesture — it's our commitment that the fix is built to last, backed by the rigorous quality standards that Swiss households rightly expect.

Speed, transparency, and technical expertise: these are the pillars of every Samsung washing machine repair we undertake.
