Repair Washing Machine MIELE – Valais

2. Diagnosis Your Swiss Pro Service technician carries out a thorough on-site inspection of all critical components: the brushless inverter motor, the drum bearings, the drain pump, the door seal, the main electronic control board, and the water inlet solenoid valve. Miele's sophisticated electronics mean that error codes such as F11 (pump failure) or E40 (door-lock fault) must be read in full context — a proper diagnosis goes beyond simply reading a display.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, your technician will present a transparent, written quote before any repair work begins — no surprises. Miele has manufactured 100% of its appliances in Germany and Austria since 1899, which means original spare parts are produced to exacting tolerances. We source only certified-original or manufacturer-approved components to ensure your machine performs exactly as Miele intended, including full compatibility with the CapDosing dispensing system if fitted.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. This is not a small-print promise — it is a firm commitment.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. Our nationwide network means a qualified technician can reach you within 48 hours of your initial call. Swiss Pro Service's specific commitment for Miele owners goes further still: we treat every intervention as an opportunity to restore your appliance to its original factory standard — because a Miele deserves nothing less.
