Repair Washing Machine LG – Ticino

2. Diagnosis — One of our trained LG specialists visits your home at an agreed time. Using professional diagnostic tools, we inspect the key components: the brushless inverter motor, drum bearings, drain pump, door seal (guarnizione oblò), main electronic control board, and water inlet solenoid valve. We identify the root cause precisely — no guesswork, no unnecessary parts replaced.

3. Repair — With your approval of the transparent, itemised quote, our technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible. Common faults we resolve include noisy drum bearings producing a metallic rumble during the spin cycle, a drain pump blocked by fluff or coins triggering error code F11, a leaking door seal leaving puddles beneath the machine, and an electronic control board damaged by voltage surges — a risk particularly relevant in older Swiss residential buildings. LG's InverterDirect Drive architecture means fewer mechanical parts overall, but when components do need attention, precision matters enormously.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive clear documentation so you know exactly what was done and what is protected.

Speed and reliability are not afterthoughts — they are the foundation of every job we undertake. In most cantons, we offer appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, minimising the disruption to your routine.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to LG washing machine owners goes beyond the single repair visit. We stock a comprehensive range of original and certified-compatible LG parts, meaning we rarely need to delay your repair waiting for a component to arrive. From the first call to the final test cycle, you are in expert hands.
