Repair Washing Machine HAIER – Neuchâtel

2. Diagnosis — One of our trained Haier specialists will visit your home at a time that suits you. Using brand-specific diagnostic tools, the technician will inspect the key components — the main electronic control board, the drum bearings, the drain pump, and the door seal — to pinpoint the root cause accurately. You will receive a clear, transparent written quote before any repair work begins. No surprises, no hidden costs.

3. Repair — Once you approve the quote, our technician works on-site wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible Haier spare parts. Common interventions include replacing clogged drain pumps blocked by fluff or coins (a frequent cause of the F11 fault code), renewing a leaking door seal (guarnizione oblò), or addressing electronic control board damage caused by voltage surges — a known vulnerability in Haier's advanced SmartHome-connected models. As the parent brand of Candy and Hoover, Haier's component ecosystem is broad, and our parts stock reflects that depth.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can run your next wash cycle with complete confidence.
