Repair Washing Machine ELECTROLUX – Schaffhausen

2. Diagnosis Your dedicated technician arrives at your home at a time that suits you, fully equipped with diagnostic tools calibrated for Electrolux systems. They carry out a thorough assessment of key components: the brushless inverter motor, the drum bearings, the main electronic control board (which is vulnerable to voltage surges), and the door seal. You receive a clear, transparent quote before any work begins — no hidden costs, no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds immediately with the repair using original or certified-compatible Electrolux spare parts. From replacing a leaking door seal to resolving an F11 fault caused by a failed drain pump, we handle every complexity with precision. Electrolux's advanced engineering — the same that powers technologies like AutoDose — means the components we fit are matched exactly to your machine's specifications.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This means if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

At Swiss Pro Service, our commitment to Electrolux owners goes beyond simply fixing the immediate fault. We document every intervention, advise on optimal usage for your specific model, and ensure your machine's sophisticated electronics and mechanical systems are restored to full factory performance — so that the UltraCare and AutoDose features you rely on work exactly as Electrolux intended.
