Repair Washing Machine CANDY – Lucerne

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough diagnostic inspection. Candy machines — now part of the global Haier group — share certain electronic architectures across their range, so our engineers are trained on the full platform. Common culprits we investigate include a blocked drain pump (often clogged with lint or coins triggering an F11 fault), a damaged main electronic control board caused by voltage spikes, or a leaking door seal that saturates the appliance's lower cabinet. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins.

3. Repair — Upon your approval, the technician completes the repair on-site wherever possible, using original or certified-compatible spare parts sourced specifically for the Candy range. Whether the job calls for a new drum-bearing set, a replacement water-inlet solenoid valve, or a recalibrated control board, we carry the most frequently required components to minimise waiting times.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your normal laundry routine with complete peace of mind, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed, reliability, and honesty are the pillars of our service. Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Candy owners across Switzerland goes beyond fixing the immediate fault — we aim to extend the working life of your appliance, reduce waste, and save you the cost of an unnecessary replacement. From Zurich to Geneva, from Basel to Lugano, our technicians are ready.
