Repair Washing Machine AEG – Jura

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home, fully equipped. They carry brand-specific diagnostic software and a comprehensive set of genuine AEG-compatible parts. They will inspect the key components: the brushless inverter motor, the drum bearings, the drain pump, the door seal, and the main electronic control board. A clear, written quote is presented to you before any repair work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair — With your approval, work starts immediately. The most common AEG washing machine failures we resolve include blocked drain pumps clogged with coins or lint fibres, door-seal leaks, electronic control boards damaged by power surges, and water inlet solenoid valve failures. Should an error code such as F11 (pump failure) or E40 (door not closed) appear, our technicians know precisely how to trace the underlying cause, not just silence the alert.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation of the work completed — in keeping with the rigorous Swiss standards for professional services you rightly expect.

Speed matters too. In most Swiss cantons, we aim to have a technician with you within 48 hours of your initial contact, with next-day attendance often possible in the main cities for urgent situations.

AEG's ProSense technology and EcoSilence Drive motors are precision-engineered systems that deserve precision-engineered repairs. Swiss Pro Service's commitment is straightforward: restore your AEG washing machine to its full certified performance — efficiently, honestly, and with your complete peace of mind.
