Repair Washer-Dryer LG – Bern

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home equipped with LG-specific diagnostic equipment. They will inspect the combined wash-dry system in full: checking the humidity sensors (a frequent culprit when drying feels incomplete), testing the condenser pump for blockages, and verifying the integrity of the porthole seal that can cause leaks mid-wash. Error codes such as E18 (excess water) or F11 (drain pump fault) are read and interpreted precisely, not guessed.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed and the quote approved, our technician proceeds immediately where parts are available on the van, or schedules a swift return visit with the correct components. We work with LG's InverterDirect Drive motor architecture in mind — a technology LG backs with a 10-year motor warranty — and we handle the combined control board (scheda combinata) with the care it demands. Whether replacing a faulty condenser, restoring the condensa pump, or recalibrating the drying resistance, every repair meets Swiss quality standards.

4. Guarantee — All repairs carried out by Swiss Pro Service come with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive full documentation, and our team remains reachable for any follow-up questions.

Speed and reliability are not just promises — they are the foundation of Swiss Pro Service's reputation across Switzerland. We know that LG washer-dryer owners expect the same standard of excellence from their repair service as they do from the appliance itself. That is our commitment: expert care, genuine parts, and a restored machine you can trust for the long term.
