Repair Washer-Dryer CANDY – Valais

2. Diagnosis Your certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home and performs a thorough diagnostic assessment. Candy washer-dryers rely on a combined system: a washing motor paired with a drying assembly that may include either a heating element or a heat-pump unit, humidity sensors, a condenser, and a condensate pump. Our technician inspects each component methodically. Dirty or faulty humidity sensors, for example, are a common culprit behind the frustrating problem of laundry completing the wash cycle perfectly but coming out still damp — a fault that is easily mistaken for a more serious breakdown. Similarly, a blocked condensate pump or a damaged door gasket leaking during the wash are identified swiftly and accurately.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. We use original Candy spare parts or certified-compatible alternatives, sourced specifically for Candy appliances, which have been part of the global Haier Group since 2018 and maintain rigorous quality standards. Repairs are carried out on-site wherever possible, minimising downtime.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your routine with full confidence.
