Repair Washer-Dryer BAUKNECHT – Thurgau

2. Diagnosis — Our certified technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough inspection of all critical components: the wash motor, the condensate pump, the humidity sensors, and the condenser unit. One of the most common issues we encounter — a full wash cycle completing but clothes coming out still damp — is almost always traced back to dirty or degraded humidity sensors, or a blocked condensate pump. We identify the root cause before touching a single part.

3. Repair — Using original or certified-compatible spare parts sourced specifically for Bauknecht appliances, our technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible. Whether it's a faulty door seal leaking during the wash phase, a damaged combined control board, or a heat-pump drying unit requiring recalibration, we have the tools and knowledge to resolve it correctly. Bauknecht's engineering — developed within the Whirlpool Group and refined across decades of DACH market expertise — demands precision, and that's exactly what we deliver.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive clear documentation and peace of mind.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of what we do. We aim to respond quickly across all 26 Swiss cantons, minimising the downtime that a broken washer-dryer creates in your home. We don't believe in unnecessary delays, vague assessments, or surprise charges — our quotes are presented transparently before any work begins.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Bauknecht owners goes beyond a single fix: we treat every intervention as an opportunity to ensure your appliance performs as its designers intended — reliably, efficiently, and for years to come.
