Repair Washer-Dryer AEG – St. Gallen

2. Diagnosis Our engineer carries out a thorough on-site diagnostic assessment of your AEG washer-dryer. AEG machines — which have been engineered to exceptional standards since the brand's founding in 1883 and benefit from Electrolux Group's global R&D investment — incorporate sophisticated components including humidity sensors, the condenser unit, and the condensa pump. Blocked or dirty humidity sensors are one of the most common reasons an AEG washer-dryer completes its wash cycle perfectly but delivers poor drying results — a fault that is straightforward for a trained specialist to resolve. We also check the combined control board, door seal integrity, and the drain pump for issues such as an F11 error (drain pump fault).

3. Repair Once the fault is identified, we present you with a transparent, written quote before any work begins. We use original AEG spare parts wherever possible, or certified-compatible equivalents of equivalent quality, ensuring the repaired component performs exactly as the manufacturer intended. Whether it's a faulty condensa pump, a deteriorated door gasket causing leaks during the wash cycle, or a damaged combined control board, our technicians carry out the repair efficiently and with respect for your home.

4. Guarantee Every Swiss Pro Service intervention on an AEG washer-dryer comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You don't just receive a fix — you receive a commitment. Our goal is a lasting repair, not a temporary patch.

At Swiss Pro Service, we believe that a premium German-engineered appliance like an AEG deserves premium-quality repair service — delivered with Swiss precision, punctuality, and transparency at every step.
