Repair Tumble Dryer WHIRLPOOL – Bern

2. Diagnosis — A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough on-site assessment. Using calibrated tools, they inspect the calorifera heating element, test the safety thermostat (a frequent culprit in overheating shutdowns), examine the moisture sensors inside the drum labyrinth for detergent residue build-up, and check the condenser pump on condensation models. On heat-pump variants, the refrigerant circuit and electronic control board are also evaluated. Nothing is assumed — everything is measured.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed and you have approved the transparent, no-obligation quote, our technician proceeds immediately. We carry a comprehensive stock of original and certified-compatible Whirlpool spare parts, meaning the vast majority of repairs — from replacing a blocked lint filter assembly to resolving an E68 triac fault on the heating circuit — are completed in a single visit. Whirlpool's 6th Sense sensor system receives particular attention: the moisture-sensing strips are cleaned or replaced to restore full automatic cycle optimisation.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This is not a verbal assurance — it is a documented commitment, aligned with Swiss consumer protection standards, giving you genuine peace of mind long after our technician has left your home.

Speed and reliability are not slogans at Swiss Pro Service — they are measurable outcomes. Our scheduling system is designed to minimise waiting times across all 26 Swiss cantons, and our technicians arrive equipped to resolve Whirlpool-specific faults efficiently. When a multinational brand with a century of innovation behind it develops a fault, it deserves repair expertise that matches that standard. That is the Swiss Pro Service commitment.
