Repair Tumble Dryer SAMSUNG – Zurich

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with Samsung-specific diagnostic tools and a comprehensive understanding of the most common failure points in Samsung tumble dryers. These include a heating element that has stopped working due to a triggered safety thermostat (often caused by overheating), a faulty condenser pump in condensation models, or humidity sensors coated in detergent residue that cause the dryer to cut out prematurely. Error codes such as E62 (excessively high temperature), F4 (NTC sensor fault), or E68 (heating triac fault) are identified and traced to their root cause — never just reset and ignored.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we carry out the repair using original Samsung parts or certified-compatible components of equivalent quality. Samsung's tumble dryers integrate with the SmartThings ecosystem and rely on a finely calibrated electronic control board; replacing components with substandard parts risks further damage. We do not cut corners. Common interventions include replacing the heating element, clearing a completely blocked lint filter, or fitting a new condenser pump — all performed on-site wherever possible.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. If an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our work and our long-term commitment to each customer across Switzerland.
