Repair Tumble Dryer NEFF – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives at a time agreed with you and carries out a thorough on-site diagnosis. Neff tumble dryers — part of the renowned BSH Group — feature precision labyrinth humidity sensors inside the drum that measure residual moisture with exceptional accuracy. Over time, these sensors can become coated with detergent residue, giving false readings and preventing the cycle from finishing correctly. Equally common are a tripped safety thermostat (often triggered by a completely blocked lint filter), a faulty condenser pump in condensation models, or the error code F4 pointing to an NTC temperature-sensor problem. We test every relevant component systematically and present you with a clear, itemised quote — no hidden charges, no surprises.

3. Repair Only once you've approved the quote do we proceed. We use original Neff-compatible spare parts sourced through certified BSH supply channels, ensuring every replacement component meets the exacting tolerances the manufacturer intended. Whether the issue is a failed heating element flagged by error code E68 (triac fault), a burnt-out condenser pump, or a clogged lint filter assembly that has caused the safety thermostat to cut out, our technicians resolve it with precision and care — treating your kitchen and appliance with the respect they deserve.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your normal routine with complete confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Neff owners across Switzerland is simple: honest advice, expert hands, and a repair that lasts.
