Repair Tumble Dryer HOOVER – Jura

2. Diagnosis. Our technician visits you at a time that suits your schedule and performs a thorough on-site diagnosis. Using professional measuring instruments, we check the safety thermostat — a component that frequently trips in Hoover dryers due to overheating caused by a severely clogged lint filter — as well as the NTC temperature sensor (fault code F4), the condenser pump on condensation models, and the humidity sensors inside the drum labyrinth, which can become coated with detergent residue over time and cause the appliance to cut cycles short.

3. Repair. Once the fault is identified, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. Hoover's broad European manufacturing footprint means spare parts are well-stocked and readily available. We fit original or certified-compatible components, including heating resistors, triac boards (related to error E68), condenser pumps, and drum seals, all sourced to meet the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Guarantee. Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your normal laundry routine with complete peace of mind, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. Hoover tumble dryers occupy a special place in Swiss homes — affordable, practical, and built to last when properly maintained. Swiss Pro Service's commitment is to keep yours running at peak performance, backed by expertise, transparency, and genuine care for every customer across every Swiss canton.
