Repair Tumble Dryer GENERAL ELECTRIC – Geneva

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your home at the agreed time, fully equipped with diagnostic tools specific to GE appliances. We carry out a thorough assessment of all critical components: the caloric resistance (heating element), the safety thermostat (which commonly trips under overheating conditions, triggering error E68 linked to the resistance triac), the lint filter — which, if completely blocked, is one of the most frequent causes of poor drying performance — and the humidity sensors inside the drum labyrinth, which can become coated with detergent residue and give false readings. For condenser models, we also inspect the condensate pump, a component prone to failure and often overlooked. The diagnosis is transparent: you receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins.

3. Repair — With your approval, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. We use original or certified-compatible spare parts sourced specifically for General Electric appliances distributed through Swiss channels. GE's engineering heritage — stretching back over 130 years to Thomas Edison's original vision — means components are built to precise specifications, and we honour those standards in every repair we carry out.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your routine knowing the fix is solid and properly documented.

Speed and reliability are not just promises here — they are the foundation of how Swiss Pro Service operates across all 26 Swiss cantons. We know that in Swiss households, efficiency and precision are non-negotiable, and we hold our service to exactly that standard. For General Electric tumble dryers specifically, our technicians are trained on the full spectrum of GE fault patterns, from NTC sensor failures (error F4) to condensate pump breakdowns, ensuring your appliance is returned to full working order — correctly, the first time.
