Repair Refrigerator SMEG – Graubünden

2. Professional Diagnosis A certified Smeg technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Armed with brand-specific diagnostic tools, they will inspect the key components: the compressor relay (a common culprit when the unit fails to start), the magnetic door seals for cold-air loss, and the evaporator fan, which can become locked solid by ice — triggering the FS or TS (temperature sensor) error codes. If a refrigerant leak is suspected — identifiable by a distinctive gurgling noise alongside poor cooling — the technician will conduct a full R600a or R290 gas circuit assessment. You receive a transparent, itemised quote before any work begins.

3. Expert Repair Once you approve the quote, repairs commence — often on the same visit. Swiss Pro Service stocks a comprehensive range of genuine and certified-compatible Smeg parts, including compressor relays, NTC digital thermostats, evaporator fans, and replacement door gaskets. Smeg's artisanal Italian manufacturing means tolerances are tight; we respect that precision by using only parts that meet the original specifications.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You leave the intervention with documented proof of the work completed and the confidence that, should an installed part fail within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed and reliability are not just promises — they are the operational standards we uphold across every Swiss canton we serve. Smeg built its reputation on quality that endures; Swiss Pro Service's commitment is to honour that legacy by ensuring your refrigerator continues to perform exactly as its makers intended, for years to come.
