Repair Refrigerator SIEMENS – Jura

2. Diagnosis — Our technician carries out a thorough on-site inspection. From a failed relay on the inverter compressor to a blocked evaporator fan or a degraded NTC digital thermostat, no fault is too complex. We also check for telltale signs such as gurgling sounds that indicate R600a refrigerant loss, and we read error codes directly from the control board — including FS (fan sensor) and TS (temperature sensor) alerts that the Siemens electronics log automatically.

3. Repair — Once the cause is identified, we provide a fully transparent quote before any work begins — no hidden costs, in keeping with Swiss consumer standards. Repairs are carried out using original or certified-compatible components sourced specifically for the Siemens BSH product range. Whether it's replacing worn magnetic door seals that are silently leaking cold air, restoring the no-frost auto-defrost cycle, or fitting a new electronic control board, our technicians work efficiently and cleanly in your home.

4. Guarantee — Every repair performed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation so you have complete peace of mind, with clear recourse should any issue recur.

Speed and reliability are central to everything we do. In most Swiss urban areas, we aim to schedule an intervention within 48 hours of your first contact. Our nationwide network covers all 26 cantons, so whether you are in Zürich, Geneva, Lugano, or a smaller commune, expert help is never far away.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Siemens refrigerator owners goes beyond the repair itself: we treat each appliance — and each customer — with the respect that a premium German brand deserves. Founded in 1847, Siemens has set engineering benchmarks for over 175 years; our standards of service are built to match.
