Repair Refrigerator SAMSUNG – Vaud

2. Diagnosis Our certified technician arrives at your home across any of Switzerland's 26 cantons and carries out a thorough on-site diagnosis. Using professional equipment, we inspect the key components: the inverter compressor, the digital NTC thermostat, the no-frost evaporator fan, and the magnetic door seals. Refrigerant loss — often revealed by that tell-tale gurgling sound and a gradual loss of cooling — is tested carefully, as Samsung models commonly use R600a or R290 refrigerant gas, both of which require certified handling. A clear, itemised quote is provided before any repair work begins — no hidden costs, no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. Common Samsung refrigerator faults — such as a failed relay causing the compressor not to start, a blocked evaporator fan frozen solid, or a faulty automatic defrost cycle leading to excessive ice accumulation — are resolved using original or certified-compatible Samsung spare parts. Broken door compartments and deteriorated magnetic seals are also replaced to restore energy efficiency in line with Samsung's AI Energy Mode standards.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a dated service report compliant with Swiss consumer norms, giving you complete peace of mind. Our commitment to Samsung appliances goes beyond fixing the immediate fault — we ensure your refrigerator runs reliably for years to come, preserving the investment you made in a premium appliance from one of the world's leading technology brands, founded in Korea in 1938 and trusted by millions of Swiss households today.
