Repair Refrigerator MIELE – Thurgau

2. Diagnosis — Our specialist carries out a thorough on-site assessment. For Miele refrigerators, common culprits include a faulty start relay preventing the inverter compressor from firing, a refrigerant leak detectable by a characteristic gurgling noise paired with inadequate cooling (typically involving R600a refrigerant), or a blocked evaporator fan trapped under ice — each presenting distinct symptoms that our technicians are trained to identify without guesswork. Error codes such as FS (fan sensor) or TS (temperature sensor) are decoded immediately using Miele-specific diagnostic tools.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before a single component is touched. Whether the issue is a deteriorated magnetic door seal causing cold-air loss, a failed automatic defrost cycle leading to excessive ice build-up in the freezer compartment, or a damaged NTC digital thermostat sending incorrect readings to the control board, we use original or certified-compatible Miele parts to carry out the repair to manufacturer specification.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You won't be left wondering whether the fix will hold — our commitment is documented and enforceable.

Miele has been engineering appliances since 1899, when Carl Miele and Reinhard Zinkann founded the company with a promise of lasting quality. Each product leaving their production lines is tested to the equivalent of 20 years of daily use. That heritage deserves a repair service that matches it. Swiss Pro Service is proud to be the Swiss partner that upholds those standards — combining technical precision, genuine parts, and respectful, punctual service every time we knock on your door.
