Repair Refrigerator MABE – Neuchâtel

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with professional diagnostic tools tailored to Mabe appliances. We check the inverter compressor relay, measure gas pressure to detect any R600a or R290 refrigerant leak (often signalled by a telltale gurgling noise alongside poor cooling), and scan the electronic control board for stored error codes such as TS (temperature sensor fault) or FS (fan sensor fault). A gurgling sound combined with the freezer section not reaching temperature is a classic sign of refrigerant loss — a fault we identify in minutes. You receive a full written diagnosis and a transparent, no-obligation quote before any repair begins.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician works on-site using original or certified-compatible Mabe spare parts. Common interventions include replacing a faulty compressor start relay, restoring the automatic defrost cycle to prevent excessive ice build-up in the freezer compartment, unblocking or replacing the no-frost evaporator fan, and fitting new magnetic door seals to eliminate cold-air loss. We also address everyday wear items such as broken door shelves and cracked vegetable drawers, restoring full functionality in a single visit wherever possible.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. Should an installed part fail within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged. This commitment reflects both Swiss standards of service quality and Swiss Pro Service's own promise to stand firmly behind every job we complete on your Mabe refrigerator.
