Repair Refrigerator LG – Zurich

2. Diagnosis A qualified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough assessment. LG refrigerators are equipped with on-board error codes that guide diagnosis: a TS code, for instance, flags a temperature sensor fault, while an FS code points to a problem with the evaporator fan — a component particularly prone to ice build-up in no-frost systems. Our technicians know precisely how to interpret these signals and trace faults back to their root cause, whether that's a failed NTC digital thermostat, a damaged door seal allowing warm air ingress, or a compressor relay that has stopped the inverter motor from starting.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed and you've approved a transparent, no-obligation quote, our technician proceeds with the repair on the spot wherever possible. We stock original and certified-compatible LG parts, including evaporator fan assemblies, electronic control boards, magnetic door gaskets, and — critically — the correct refrigerant (R600a or R290) required for safe and regulation-compliant re-gassing in Switzerland. A gurgling noise combined with inadequate cooling is a classic sign of refrigerant loss; our engineers handle this professionally and in full compliance with Swiss environmental standards.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documentation confirming both the work performed and the parts installed, giving you complete peace of mind.
