Repair Oven V-ZUG – Jura

2. Diagnosis — A certified technician visits your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough inspection of all critical components. This includes testing the lower heating element and upper grill element for visible breaks in the wire, verifying that the fan-assisted heating unit (the thermoventilator combining fan and circular element) spins freely and reaches the correct temperature, and checking the bimetallic thermostat for accurate calibration. We also inspect the door seal for heat loss and examine the display board for any moisture-related damage — a known vulnerability in certain V-Zug models installed in steam-rich kitchen environments.

3. Repair — Once the root cause is identified, we provide a clear, transparent quote before any work begins. Parts are sourced to match V-Zug's exacting Swiss manufacturing standards — the same commitment to quality that has made the brand a partner of choice for Switzerland's most prestigious luxury hotels since its founding in Zug in 1913. Whether the fix involves replacing a burnt-out heating element, recalibrating a drifting thermostat, or renewing the oven door gasket to eliminate steam leakage, our technicians complete the work on-site wherever possible.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documented confirmation of the work performed, giving you full peace of mind and a clear point of reference should any further questions arise.

Speed and reliability are not just promises — they are the foundation of everything we do. Swiss Pro Service operates across all 26 Swiss cantons, with technicians strategically positioned to minimise travel time and deliver interventions within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities. For a brand as premium as V-Zug, nothing less than expert, brand-specific care will do — and that is exactly what we deliver, every single time.
