Repair Oven IKEA – Graubünden

2. Diagnosis Our certified technician arrives at your home and carries out a thorough on-site diagnosis. IKEA kitchen appliances — developed in partnership with Whirlpool and built to a standardised Scandinavian design — use components such as the lower and upper heating elements, the thermoventilator (the combined fan and circular heating element responsible for fan-assisted cooking), and a bi-metallic thermostat that can drift out of calibration over time. We identify the root cause precisely, whether it is a visibly burnt-through heating element, a thermoventilator that has seized, or a touch display board damaged by steam.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a fully transparent quote before any work begins — no surprises. We use original or certified-compatible spare parts suited to your specific IKEA oven model. A particularly common fault we address is the lower heating element failing (identifiable as a visible break in the wire), which leaves food undercooked despite the oven appearing to function. We also frequently replace faulty door seals that allow steam to escape, wasting energy and reducing cooking precision. IKEA commits to spare parts availability for 10 years from the production date, which means repairs are almost always a practical and sustainable option.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your kitchen with complete confidence. Our commitment goes beyond the fix itself: we are your long-term repair partner for all IKEA integrated appliances, across all 26 Swiss cantons, with the reliability and transparency that Swiss households expect.
