Repair Oven GENERAL ELECTRIC – Zug

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives fully equipped to carry out a thorough inspection of your General Electric oven. GE's large-format American-style ranges, sold in Switzerland through specialist importers, feature components that require specific expertise. We methodically check the lower heating element and upper grill element for visible breaks in the wire, test the convection fan motor to confirm it is spinning freely and delivering uniform heat, and evaluate the bimetallic thermostat for calibration drift — a common cause of imprecise temperatures in GE ovens. We also inspect the door seal for heat loss and examine the touch or mechanical display board, which can be damaged by moisture over time. Once the diagnosis is complete, we present you with a fully detailed, no-obligation quote before any repair work begins.

3. Repair — With your approval, we proceed immediately using original or certified-compatible spare parts selected for the General Electric oven range. Our engineers work efficiently and tidily, respecting your home and your time. Most repairs are completed in a single visit.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to cooking with complete confidence, knowing that our commitment does not end when we close the front door.
