Repair Microwave SAMSUNG – Jura

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives equipped with professional testing equipment and carries out a thorough safety inspection. Samsung microwave ovens rely on a precisely coordinated set of high-voltage components — the magnetron, the HV transformer, the HV capacitor, and the HV diode — any of which can be the source of a fault. Critically, our engineers are trained to discharge the HV capacitor safely before any internal work begins, since it retains a dangerous charge even when the appliance is unplugged. After diagnosis, you receive a transparent, itemised quote with no hidden fees.

3. Repair – Upon your approval, the repair is carried out efficiently using original or certified-compatible Samsung spare parts. Common faults we resolve include a burnt-out magnetron (the vacuum tube responsible for generating the microwave energy, which causes the oven to run silently but produce no heat), a faulty HV capacitor, a blown internal fuse caused by a voltage surge, and a defective turntable motor that leaves food unevenly heated. We also address door faults where misaligned or worn mechanical safety interlocks prevent the oven from starting — a deceptively simple symptom with safety-critical implications.

4. Guarantee – Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation of the work performed and the guarantee terms, giving you complete peace of mind.
