Repair Microwave NEFF – Ticino

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic equipment, they will assess the full high-voltage circuit — including the HV capacitor, HV diode, and HV transformer — as well as mechanical components such as the door safety interlocks. It is worth noting that the HV capacitor can retain a dangerous charge even when the oven is switched off; this is precisely why these repairs must never be attempted without specialist training.

3. Repair — Once the fault is identified, we present you with a fully transparent, itemised quote before any work begins. Our technicians carry a comprehensive stock of components suited to Neff's built-in microwave range — part of the BSH Group, whose engineering heritage stretches back to Bretten in 1877. Whether it's a blown internal fuse caused by a voltage surge, a defective HV capacitor, or a door that fails to seal correctly and triggers the mechanical safety locks, we restore your appliance to manufacturer specification.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documented proof of the work performed, giving you complete peace of mind.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do.
