Repair Hob LG – Basel-Country

2. Diagnosis Our technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic equipment, they inspect all critical components: on induction models, this means testing the induction coils, temperature sensors, and the control board — including reading any active error codes such as E0 or E1 (overheating alerts) or the more serious E3 (faulty control board). On gas models, they check the thermocouple, gas solenoid valve, and burner nozzles for blockages. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any repair work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician carries out the repair on the spot wherever possible. Common interventions include replacing a burnt-out induction coil responsible for a zone that won't detect pots, clearing an obstructed burner nozzle causing uneven gas flow, or renewing a faulty thermocouple that prevents a gas burner from staying lit. We use original LG parts or certified-compatible equivalents, ensuring full performance is restored.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can cook with complete confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.
