Repair Hob HOOVER – Vaud

2. Diagnosis One of our trained technicians arrives at your home at an agreed time and carries out a thorough on-site diagnosis. For Hoover induction hobs, common culprits include a failed induction coil that prevents the hob from detecting cookware, or unresponsive touch sensors caused by a faulty control board. On gas models, we frequently find a defective thermocouple or solenoid valve preventing ignition, or a blocked nozzle causing irregular gas flow. Our technicians work methodically through each component so nothing is missed.

3. Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we proceed with the repair using original or certified-compatible parts sourced specifically for Hoover appliances — part of the broader Candy/Haier supply network. Whether it's replacing a serpentine heating element on a ceramic model, recalibrating temperature sensors on an induction unit, or fitting a new thermocouple on a gas hob, our technicians carry out the work to Swiss quality standards, with precision and care.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This gives you peace of mind that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Hoover hob owners across Switzerland goes beyond a single visit. We believe in transparent communication, punctual service, and lasting repairs — because a hob that works reliably every day is exactly what you deserve.
