Repair Hob FRANKE – Thurgau

2. Diagnosis — A certified Swiss Pro Service technician visits your home at a time that suits you. Using professional diagnostic tools, the technician inspects the key components: on induction models, this means checking the induction coils, temperature sensors, and the control board; on gas hobs, the thermocouple, solenoid valve, and burner jets are examined for faults or blockages.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed, we provide a transparent, no-obligation quote before any work begins. Common repairs include replacing a faulty induction coil when a cooking zone fails to recognise compatible cookware, cleaning or replacing a blocked gas jet causing irregular flame output, or restoring an unresponsive touch control panel due to a defective control board. We use original or certified-compatible Franke spare parts to maintain the quality standards the brand has upheld since its founding over a century ago.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive written confirmation of the work completed and the terms of your guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind.

Speed matters. In most Swiss cantons, our technicians are available for appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, minimising the time your kitchen is out of action. We also carry a broad inventory of Franke-compatible components, which means the majority of repairs are resolved in a single visit.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Franke owners is straightforward: factory-level technical knowledge, transparent pricing, and a service experience worthy of one of Switzerland's most respected kitchen brands. Your Franke hob deserves nothing less.
