Repair Hob BAUKNECHT – Bern

2. Diagnosis — Our technician carries out a thorough on-site assessment of your appliance. For induction models, this includes testing the induction coils and temperature sensors, checking for error codes such as E0/E1 (overheating) or E3 (faulty control board), and evaluating the cooling fan. For gas hobs, we inspect the thermocouple, electrovalve, and burner nozzles for blockages or wear. You receive a clear, transparent quote before any work begins — no hidden surprises.

3. Repair — Once approved, our technician proceeds immediately using original or certified-compatible Bauknecht spare parts. Whether the fault is a burned-out serpentine resistance on a ceramic hob, an unresponsive touch-control board, or a gas electrovalve that's preventing ignition, we address the root cause — not just the symptom.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your kitchen with complete confidence.
