Repair Freezer IRINOX – Valais

2. On-Site Diagnosis A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives with the diagnostic tools and brand knowledge required for Irinox systems. We check the most common failure points: the compressor start relay (a frequent culprit when the compressor refuses to restart), the defrost heater and defrost timer (which, when faulty, cause excessive ice accumulation around the evaporator), and the temperature sensor (which can cause the unit to maintain an incorrect temperature despite appearing to run normally). We also verify refrigerant pressure, as a slow R290 gas leak is easily missed but critically impacts performance. You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises.

3. Repair Once approved, repairs are carried out on-site wherever possible, minimising downtime. We use original Irinox components or certified-compatible equivalents, matched precisely to your model. Whether it's replacing a faulty start relay, restoring the defrost heating circuit, or recharging the refrigerant system in accordance with F-gas regulations, our technicians work to manufacturer specifications.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documented confirmation of the work carried out — fully traceable and in line with Swiss consumer protection standards.
