Repair Freezer HAIER – Graubünden

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives with professional diagnostic equipment and a thorough knowledge of Haier's specific architecture. Haier freezers rely on refrigerant gases such as R290 (propane) or R600a, running through a sealed circuit that includes a compressor, evaporator, and condenser. Common faults we identify include a failed start relay causing the compressor not to restart, a defective defrost heater or timer leading to excessive ice accumulation on the evaporator coil, a faulty temperature sensor reporting inaccurate readings, a refrigerant leak causing low circuit pressure, or a freezer-fan blocked by ice. We pinpoint the exact cause and explain it to you in plain language before any work begins.

3. Repair Once you have approved the transparent, no-obligation quote, our technician carries out the repair on-site using original or certified-compatible Haier spare parts. Whether we are replacing a worn compressor start relay, restoring the automatic defrost heater, or addressing a refrigerant loss in compliance with Swiss F-Gas regulations, every intervention meets the highest technical standards. Haier's MultiAirFlow no-frost system, which distributes cold air evenly across all compartments, is carefully recalibrated after any fan or evaporator work to ensure your appliance performs exactly as designed.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a full service report and, where applicable, guidance on reconnecting your freezer to Haier's SmartHome Wi-Fi ecosystem.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do.
