Repair Freezer FHIABA – Valais

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with professional diagnostic tools and a thorough understanding of Fhiaba's X-Pro temperature management system. Common culprits we investigate include a faulty start relay causing the compressor not to restart, a defective defrost heater or defrost timer leading to excessive ice accumulation in the evaporator section, and a malfunctioning temperature sensor that causes the cabinet to hold an incorrect working temperature — potentially drifting outside the safe -18 °C to -24 °C operating range. We also test for refrigerant integrity, as a loss of R290 (propane) or R600a gas results in critically low pressure and poor cooling performance. You receive a transparent, itemised quote before any repair work begins.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, work starts immediately. We use original or certified-compatible parts selected specifically for Fhiaba's built-in freezer range, ensuring that the precision tolerances demanded by this ultra-premium brand are fully respected. Whether we are replacing a blocked evaporator fan, recharging the refrigerant circuit, or renewing the automatic defrost heating element, every intervention meets Swiss quality standards.

4. Guarantee All completed repairs come with Swiss Pro Service's 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This means you are fully protected against recurrence of the same fault — giving you the confidence that your Fhiaba freezer will continue to perform as its designers intended.

Speed and reliability are not optional extras for us — they are the foundation of every job. Swiss Pro Service's unique commitment to Fhiaba owners across Switzerland is simple: manufacturer-level care, transparent communication, and lasting results.
