Repair Freezer BAUKNECHT – Aargau

2. Professional Diagnosis Our technician arrives fully equipped to carry out a thorough assessment. Bauknecht freezers, part of the Whirlpool Group's trusted European portfolio, use R290 (propane) or R600a refrigerant systems and sophisticated no-frost components. We check the start relay on the compressor — a common culprit when the unit fails to restart — test the defrost heater and defrost timer (frequent causes of excessive ice accumulation), and verify the temperature sensor for accuracy. If there's a refrigerant leak causing low pressure and incorrect operating temperatures, we identify it immediately. There are no hidden steps and no unnecessary delays.

3. Expert Repair Once the fault is confirmed, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. Bauknecht appliances are designed to operate between -18 °C and -24 °C depending on climatic class, and our goal is to restore your freezer to precisely those parameters. We carry a comprehensive stock of certified parts — including evaporator fan motors, thermostats, and defrost heating elements — so most repairs are completed in a single visit. Our technicians follow Swiss safety standards, including proper handling and reclamation of R290 and R600a refrigerant gases.

4. Guarantee on Every Repair Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You won't be left wondering whether the problem is truly solved. We stand behind our work fully, because a Bauknecht freezer — built to serve large families reliably for years — deserves nothing less.

At Swiss Pro Service, our commitment goes beyond fixing the fault: we ensure your Bauknecht appliance runs at peak efficiency, protecting your food, your investment, and your peace of mind across every Swiss canton we serve.
