Repair Dishwasher WHIRLPOOL – Graubünden

2. Diagnosis — Our certified technician visits your home at a time that suits you and carries out a thorough inspection of the appliance. We check every critical component: the circulation pump and drain pump for unusual noise or seizure, the heating element (resistenza calorifera) to confirm it is raising water temperature correctly, the turbidity sensor (NTC) for contamination that may confuse the 6th Sense system, and the spray arms for limescale blockages that reduce wash performance. Error code E9/F9, which signals a triac fault on the heating circuit, is one of our most frequently resolved issues on Whirlpool models.

3. Repair — Once the fault is identified, we present you with a full, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises. Using original or certified-compatible Whirlpool spare parts, our technician completes the repair on-site wherever possible, minimising the time your kitchen is out of action.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This is our commitment to quality and to your peace of mind.

Speed matters when daily life is on hold. That is why we prioritise rapid response times across the whole of Switzerland, from major urban centres to smaller communities in every canton.

What truly sets Swiss Pro Service apart is our deep, brand-specific expertise. As a multinational founded in Benton Harbor, Michigan, Whirlpool has built a complex ecosystem of appliance technologies — including the 6th Sense load-detection system — that requires specialised knowledge to diagnose and repair correctly.
