Repair Dishwasher SMEG – Bern

2. Diagnosis – Our technician arrives fully equipped to carry out a thorough assessment of your Smeg dishwasher. We inspect all critical components: the circulation pump, the heating element (resistenza calorifera), the turbidity sensor (NTC), and the spray arms, which are frequently blocked by limescale build-up in Swiss hard-water areas. If an error code such as E9/F9 (triac heating fault) or E15 (base pan leakage) is present, we decode it immediately to pinpoint the root cause rather than just the symptom.

3. Repair – Once the fault is identified, we present you with a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. With your approval, we carry out the repair on the spot whenever possible, using original or certified-compatible Smeg spare parts. Whether it's replacing a burnt-out circulation pump, clearing obstructed spray arms, or renewing a faulty electronic control board, our technicians work with precision and respect for your home.

4. Guarantee – Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can trust that our work meets the exacting standards expected in Switzerland — and that your beautifully designed Smeg dishwasher will continue to grace your kitchen for years to come.

Speed and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. We know that waiting days for an appliance repair is simply not acceptable in a busy household, which is why we prioritise rapid response times and first-visit resolution wherever possible.

Our unique commitment to Smeg owners across Switzerland is simple: we combine Swiss precision with a genuine passion for Italian craftsmanship — because your appliance deserves nothing less.
