Repair Dishwasher LG – Valais

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives with a full toolkit and the LG-specific diagnostic equipment needed to interrogate your machine's electronic control board and sensor network. Common culprits we examine first include the turbidity sensor (NTC) — which, when dirty, causes the dishwasher to misjudge water clarity and run erratic cycles — as well as the circulation pump, which can become noisy or seize entirely, and the heating element, which may trigger an E9/F9 triac error when it fails to reach the correct water temperature. Nothing is guessed; every finding is explained to you clearly.

3. Repair — Once the fault is confirmed, we present a transparent, written quotation before a single component is touched. With your approval, our technician carries out the repair on-site wherever possible, replacing worn parts such as blocked spray arms clogged with limescale, a faulty drain pump, or a malfunctioning salt dispenser dosing unit. LG's InverterDirect Drive technology means the motor assembly is built to outlast conventional machines — and our repairs are designed to match that longevity.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive documented proof of the work carried out, giving you the confidence and legal clarity that Swiss consumers rightly expect.

Speed matters to us as much as quality. In most Swiss cantons, a technician can be at your door within 48 hours of your initial contact. Swiss Pro Service's commitment to LG dishwasher owners is simple: expert knowledge, genuine parts, and a repair that lasts — so your kitchen can run the way it should.
