Repair Air Conditioners PARKAIR – Appenzell Outer Rhodes

2. Diagnosis — A Swiss Pro Service technician arrives at your property and performs a thorough technical assessment of your Parkair system. This includes checking the rotary inverter compressor, the inverter control board, refrigerant circuit pressure (R32 or R410A), and the condensate drainage pump for blockages that may be causing water leaks. We also inspect the axial fan on the outdoor unit for ice build-up on the blades — a well-known issue in Swiss mountain locations. A P1/H1 high-current protection error, for instance, often points us directly towards compressor stress or refrigerant loss.

3. Repair — Following diagnosis, we provide you with a written, no-obligation quote before any work begins. Our technicians carry a comprehensive stock of Parkair-compatible components, from NTC defrost sensors to inverter boards, meaning most repairs are completed in a single visit. Refrigerant top-ups are handled by certified F-Gas professionals in compliance with Swiss environmental regulations.

4. Guarantee — Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. This means that if an installed part fails within the warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Speed matters. In most Swiss cantons, we can have a qualified technician at your door within 48 hours of your initial booking. With Swiss Pro Service, your Parkair heat pump system is in the hands of specialists who treat every repair with the precision and care that Swiss standards demand.
