Repair Air Conditioners PANASONIC – Vaud

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives equipped with professional tools to carry out a thorough assessment. Panasonic's inverter systems are sophisticated: faults can range from a refrigerant gas leak (R32 or R410A) causing inadequate cooling or heating, to a damaged inverter control board following a power surge, to a blocked axial fan on the external unit iced up on its blades. We also inspect the internal condensate pump, the NTC temperature and defrost sensors, and the internal-to-external communication circuit that triggers the E6 error code. Nothing is overlooked. After diagnosis, you receive a transparent, written quote before any repair work begins — fully in line with Swiss consumer expectations.

3. Repair Once you approve the quote, our technician proceeds using original Panasonic components or certified-compatible parts of equivalent quality. We work efficiently and tidily, respecting your home and your time. Panasonic's Econavi sensor technology means even a minor component fault can cascade into performance losses of up to 40% in energy efficiency — restoring the correct part restores the full intelligence of your system.

4. Guarantee Every repair carried out by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily life with confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

With Swiss Pro Service, Panasonic expertise meets Swiss reliability. We are committed to keeping your home comfortable all year round.
