Repair Air Conditioners OLIMPIA SPLENDID – Ticino

2. Diagnosis Our technician arrives with professional diagnostic equipment calibrated for Olimpia Splendid units. A thorough inspection covers all critical components: the rotary inverter compressor, the NTC temperature and defrost sensors (a faulty external NTC sensor typically triggers the F4 error code), the inverter control board, and the internal condensate pump. For monobloc and no-external-unit dual-split models — a hallmark of Olimpia Splendid's Italian engineering — the diagnosis also checks for R32 or R410A refrigerant loss, a frequent cause of insufficient heating or cooling.

3. Repair Once the fault is identified, you receive a transparent, written quote before any work begins — no hidden costs, full clarity. Common interventions include recharging refrigerant circuits, replacing a lightning-damaged inverter board, freeing a blocked axial-fan impeller (ice build-up on the blades is a tell-tale sign), or clearing an obstructed condensate drainage line that is causing water leaks indoors. We use original Olimpia Splendid spare parts or certified-compatible equivalents, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer specifications.

4. Guarantee Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You can return to your daily routine with full confidence, knowing that if an installed part fails within the 12-month warranty period, it is replaced at no cost; the call-out and labour for the new visit are charged.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Olimpia Splendid owners across Switzerland goes beyond a single fix. We carry stock of fast-moving components, maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all current Olimpia Splendid product lines, and our technicians undergo regular training on the brand's evolving inverter technology. Your comfort — and your trust — are our highest priority.
